Build monthly content strategies and weekly calendars (pillars, hooks, CTAs).
Brief creators/designers; QC outputs for brand voice and platform best practices.
Write high-performing copy (titles, captions, thumbnail text) and simple creative briefs.
Plan/test growth loops (format, posting time, hashtags, collabs, UGC).
Track KPIs; publish concise weekly reports with “keep/kill/iterate” actions.
Coordinate approvals, assets, and timelines with clients.
Work Hours
IST core hours with occasional campaign overlap (flexible).
