About the Role

Own channel strategy, content calendars, and growth experiments across Instagram,

YouTube, and LinkedIn for multiple brands. You’ll turn insights into hooks, briefs, and

measurable results.

What You’ll Do

Build monthly content strategies and weekly calendars (pillars, hooks, CTAs).

Brief creators/designers; QC outputs for brand voice and platform best practices.

Write high-performing copy (titles, captions, thumbnail text) and simple creative briefs.

Plan/test growth loops (format, posting time, hashtags, collabs, UGC).

Track KPIs; publish concise weekly reports with “keep/kill/iterate” actions.

Coordinate approvals, assets, and timelines with clients.

Must-Haves

  1. Strong grasp of short-form hooks, thumbnails, and retention basics.
  2. Clear, concise writing; organized and deadline-reliable.
  3. Working knowledge of Canva/Adobe basics, Google Sheets, Notion/Drive,

Meta/YouTube Studio.

  1. Analytical mindset; can read basic metrics and propose next steps.

Nice-to-Haves

  1. Basic video editing, A/B testing, and social listening tools.
  2. Experience in agency/client-facing environment.

KPIs

  1. Consistent on-time delivery; week-over-week improvement in Reach, Saves, Watch
  2. Time/Retention, CTR, and Profile Visits.
  3. Clear weekly reporting and iteration.

Work Hours

IST core hours with occasional campaign overlap (flexible).
