We are now building our outbound B2B engine for the US market, and we need a hungry BDR to help shape this function from the ground up.
What You’ll Do:
- Make high-volume outbound calls to US-based businesses.
- Own the front end of the sales pipeline, converting cold prospects into qualified discovery calls.
- Engage decision-makers (Owners, GMs, Marketing Heads) and diagnose real business pain points.
- Position our core growth solutions: SEO, Paid Marketing, Social Branding, and Full-Funnel Conversion Systems.
- Execute tactical follow-ups via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in B2B outbound or B2C US cold calling.
- Excellent spoken English with strong clarity and persuasion skills (Neutral or American accent preferred).
- A strategic mindset: you know how to leverage our massive case studies (like 3.5x sales growth) to hook prospects.
- Comfortable handling objections and navigating pushback professionally.
- Must be comfortable working US business hours (EST, CST, and PST rotations).
- Reliable internet connection and a professional, quiet calling setup.
Location: Hybrid (Bangalore, India) / Remote for the US Shift.
Role Type: Contract or Full-time based on fit.
