Business Development Representative B2B (US Market)

We are now building our outbound B2B engine for the US market, and we need a hungry BDR to help shape this function from the ground up.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Make high-volume outbound calls to US-based businesses.
  2. Own the front end of the sales pipeline, converting cold prospects into qualified discovery calls.
  3. Engage decision-makers (Owners, GMs, Marketing Heads) and diagnose real business pain points.
  4. Position our core growth solutions: SEO, Paid Marketing, Social Branding, and Full-Funnel Conversion Systems.
  5. Execute tactical follow-ups via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. Proven experience in B2B outbound or B2C US cold calling.
  2. Excellent spoken English with strong clarity and persuasion skills (Neutral or American accent preferred).
  3. A strategic mindset: you know how to leverage our massive case studies (like 3.5x sales growth) to hook prospects.
  4. Comfortable handling objections and navigating pushback professionally.
  5. Must be comfortable working US business hours (EST, CST, and PST rotations).
  6. Reliable internet connection and a professional, quiet calling setup.

Location: Hybrid (Bangalore, India) / Remote for the US Shift.

Role Type: Contract or Full-time based on fit.
