India efficiency vs Spain

Objective

Learnlight trains over 500,000 learners across 1,200-plus companies, including Siemens, Adidas, and EY. They needed qualified enterprise leads from paid search across very different markets.

01 · The brief

Enterprise language and communication training, sold to global learning and development teams. The job was lead-form fills that turned into real sales conversations, across Europe, Latin America, and India at once.

02 · What we found

On $15.7K of Google Ads spend we drove 40 lead-form fills at a $392 blended cost per fill and a 12.3% click-through rate.

The markets behaved very differently. Spain was the largest at 19 fills, around $527 each. LatAm held steady at 12 fills, around $442 each. India delivered 9 fills at $41 each, roughly 13 times more efficient than Spain.

03 · Result

The split told Learnlight where the next dollar should go: defend the mature markets, and lean hard into India, where the same budget bought an order of magnitude more pipeline.
