Objective

A Scottsdale wellness clinic was spending at a $61 cost per lead and booking 11 consultations a month at a 1.2x return. The math did not work.

01 · The problem

Leads were expensive and slow, and the few that came in rarely turned into booked visits. At 1.2x ROAS, every campaign sat close to breaking even.

02 · What we did

We narrowed targeting to the treatments with real margin, rewrote the creative to lead with outcome and offer, and tracked spend to booked consultations rather than form fills.

Cost per lead dropped from $61 to $19. Consultations went from 11 to 47 a month. ROAS climbed to 5.1x.
