Role Overview


Muffin Media is a fast-growing digital content agency producing high-retention videos, eye-catching thumbnails, and social graphics for creators and brands. As our Graphic Designer, you’ll turn ideas into visuals that stop the scroll and drive engagement—working closely with editors, strategists, and account leads.

Core Responsibilities & Must-Have Skills

  1. Proficient in Adobe Illustrator for vector-based design tasks (logos, icons, illustrations)
  2. Skilled in Adobe Photoshop for photo editing, manipulation, and layout design
  3. Solid grasp of graphic designn principles: typography, color theory, layout, composition
  4. Ability to craft eye-catching YouTube thumbnails that boost engagement and clicks
  5. Experience designing social-media graphics, banners, and other digital content
  6. Able to understand and follow brand guidelines across varied projects
  7. Quick turnaround time and adaptability to feedback and revisions
  8. Creative mindset with keen attention to detail and originality
  9. Awareness of current design trends, especially in digital media and content creation

Qualifications


2–3 years of professional graphic design experience in an agency, media, or in-house setting
